Dear Friends of the East Brainerd Youth Athletic Association:

With the advent of the New Year comes the preparation of a new baseball season. The East Brainerd Youth Athletic Association (EBYAA) is in full swing with preparations of providing the fun and enjoyment that is youth baseball and softball.

As a community recreational organization, EBYAA provides opportunities for the youth of East Brainerd and surrounding communities, to participate in programs of baseball, softball, football, and cheerleading. Each year, in excess of 1,500 children participate in our various programs, from 3 & 4 year-old T-Ball League players, up through our 13 & 14 year old division players. Our financial responsibilities include:

• Uniforms for every player in each league
• Official baseballs for every league
• Field maintenance and upkeep
• Paid umpires for all leagues (except T-Ball)
• Operation of concession stands
• Public utility charges
• Insurance coverage
• Debt retirement of the light pole project

Although every participant is charged a registration fee, since the completion of our light pole project, it has become very difficult to cover all of our expenses. We are now attempting to reach out to the local business community. For a donation of $300, your firm or business can assist us in our endeavor to not only continue to provide first-rate opportunities to the children of our community, but to ensure that this facility continues to be a fixture in East Brainerd. This is a wonderful way to show the community that supports your business, that you support their community!

Your sponsorship provides your firm the following:

• A 4 x 6 banner placed on the outfield fence of the field of your choice
• Listing on our website, www.ebyaa.com, in our Sponsors section. If your company has a website, we will provide a direct link to that site.
